Athanasios Fragkos
Civil Engineer
Athanasios is a civil engineer. He acquired his degree from the University of Wrocław in Poland. He is a freelancer with extensive experience in development of Public Projects as a contractor in building construction and waste water management facilities. He was also the supervisor of the implementation of many private renewable energy projects. He conducts studies for the implementation and licensing of construction projects. From 2013 he has been engaged in cooperation with the firm BIOSTRUCTION P.C.
He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
He has an excellent command of the English, Polish and Russian language.
Nick-Michael Maliakkas
Electrical and Computer Engineer
Nick was born in 1971 and is a graduate of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a Bsc in School of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Since 1998 he has been involved in many technical projects. At the beginning he worked on behalf of Greek Army as a Supervisor and a year after until 2012 on behalf of the firm VOLA’s Bros as Electrical Engineer on the sector of the technical studies and projects, supervising in cooling-heating applications and renewable energy. Since 2012 he is a freelance Electrical Engineer working as it is mentioned above and furthermore on the sector of other electromechanical plants and energy applications.
He is a holder of a Professional Engineering License A’ Degree and a specialist in preparing environmental impact studies about biomass plants.
From January 2010 he has been engaged in cooperation with the firm BIOSTRUCTION P.C. He has a good command of the English language and basic level of French language.
Ioannis Floros
Chemical Engineer
Ioannis was born in 1989 Athens Greece. He is a chemical engineer with experience in the environmental sector. He gained his Chemical Engineer degree from University of Surrey in 2013 (MEng) and his masters in Advanced Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London in 2015 (MSc). He has gained experience working in both US and Greek companies, such as KERAMIDA Inc (US), specializing in environmental engineering, and InfoQuest Holding (Greece), specializing in digital services. He has additionally worked in modelling of biological systems (UK, Imperial College), as well as worked on European projects involving development of state-of-the-art membranes and processes for desalination and carbon-capture (Greece, NCSR Demokritos).
Marina Ouli
Environmental Engineer
Marina was born in 1995 in Athens Greece. She graduated in 2018 from Democritus University of Thrace, Greece with a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, specializing in Water and Soil Protection Technologies – Sustainable Urban Environment. Subsequently she gained her second master’s degree in Water Resources Science and Technology from National Technical University Athens, Greece (MSc) in 2021. She has gained experience working at a wastewater treatment plant in the municipality. She, also has a very good command of the English language.
Nikos Skoularikis
Business Consultant
Nikos holds a B.S.c in Statistics and Insurance Science from the University of Piraeus and is currently underway for a MSc in Banking and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
He has worked several years as a contractor in a big consulting firm and he has a great expertise working in Investment Incentives Law (N.4399/2016 –N.4887/2022) as well as various ESPA programmes.
Tasos Kechagias
Chemical and Environmental Engineer
Tasos is the youngest member of Diom Net but he has around since the first months of its existence and he is mainly engaged in the preparation of environmental studies and assisting in the technical aspect of projects. He is a graduate of the School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Crete and he is fluent in english.
In the past, he has worked in the construction and supervision of storage silos and metal buildings.
Maria Kalatzi
Finance Consultant
Maria was born in 1997 in Samos Greece, and graduated in 2021 from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Accounting and Finance. She has worked as a junior accountant with main duties to prepare financial statements and reports and advise on investment practises. She has advanced communication skills with good command of the English language and basic level of German language.
